RETURN POLICY:

COLMAN AND LUCIA wants to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy and would like to EXCHANGE IT please SEND US AN EMAIL to colmanandlucia@gmail.com.

  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED within 14 DAYS of the DELIVERY DATE. No exceptions will be made*
  • ONCE the RETURN IS APPROVED, merchandise can be EXCHANGE or an E-GIFT CARD will be issued.
  • Gift cards do not expire.
  • NO MONEY REFUND will be given UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. No exceptions will be made*
  • Merchandise MUST be UNWORN and UNWASHED.
  • Merchandise MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • Returns that are DAMAGEDSOILED or ALTERED will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Hair accessories, swimwear, socks, tights and wall decals cannot be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. No exceptions will be made*

      SALE MERCHANDISE:

      • ALL SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE.

      PRICE ADJUSTMENT:

      • COLMAN AND LUCIA honors a ONE TIME price adjustment ON FULL PRICE merchandise within 7 days of the retail purchase date.
      • Items not purchased at full price are NOT ELIGIBLE for price adjustments. 
      • To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must contact us at colmanandlucia@gmail.com within the 7 day window. 
      • Adjustments will not be given on merchandise that was on sale or promotional purchases. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.
        COSTS OF RETURNS:
        • Original SHIPPING CHARGES are NON REFUNDABLE.
        • CUSTOMER is RESPONSIBLE for EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES.
        • For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please know we DO NOT REFUND DUTIES, TARIFFS, CUSTOMS FEES or SHIPPING CHARGES
