SHIPMENT PROCESSING:

• Please ALLOW for up to 24 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. 
  
• Please allow up to two weeks for order processing when we do SALE on SALE or discounts 40% off or higher. 
• ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED*
• Shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order ships.

• We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
• COLMAN AND LUCIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
• ONCE an ORDER HAS BEEN SCANNED BY THE MAIL CARRIER, COLMAN AND LUCIA WILL CEASE TO HAVE ANY LIABILITY PERTAINING TO THE ORDER DELIVERY; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.

• Please ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE FOR DELIVERY. DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO CUSTOMS. 
• For SOME COUNTRIES TRACKING INFORMATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. 
• All duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties, fees or lost packages.

TAXES:

• Shipments sent outside the state of Florida and Puerto Rico pay no sales tax.
• Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
